CONTE

Kamo river,one of Yodo river's upstream,flows keeping it clear enough thru downtown of kyoto
and meets Katsura river around Yodo castle of the south Kyoto and then meets Wuji river just
befor changing the name to Yodo river at Sewari Park 5 miles far from our home.
（賀茂川は淀城の近くで桂川と合流し、背割堤公園のところで宇治川、木津川に合流後、淀川と名を変えます）

In April many people come together to take a walk or open their lunch boxes
seeing the cherry blossoms.On the other hand there are many kinds of wild
birds living in the river which make us enjoy watching their lives.
During Winter we often visit here to walk seeing them and sometimes feeding
them some pieces of bread. However neighbors living around here seem not to
be concerned very much about why these wild birds can live just in urban river
flowing thru downtown of Kyoto city..
.It is said that ancient people used to love the blossoms, birds, wind and moon
in their daily lives. And therefore, I think people living in Kyoto city should
understand the importance of still remaining nature and keep it valuable with
great care not only for the birds but for the sightseeing resources.

（春には沢山の人々が、花見に集まってきますが、一方、
賀茂川は野鳥も多くまだ自然が豊かに残っている所でね、
冬はよく散歩に来るねん。この川はきれいにそして大切
にして欲しいもんや。なんせ、この川下に住んで飲み水
としても利用しておるのやさかいにの～。））

0２.		どうでっか？絵のようにきれいでっしゃろ？ How would you like this photographing?
0３.		こうして眺めると賀茂川もええな～、 Kamo river still looks very beautiful viewing from here around the upstream.
0４.		下賀茂神社付近の枝垂れ桜です、少し早いようやけどきれいでしょう？ You can see the famous pretty cherry blossoms near Shimogamo-shrine which is called over- hanging cherry blossoms.
0５.		今日はさわやかで絶好の観桜日和やの～、 Yahhan--,I am happy to be here on such a beautiful day and I also feel cool wind.
0６.		変なヤツが来るな～。 The strange creatures are coming near.
0７.		君らはワンコか？ Both of you happen to be kind of doggies?
0８.		どうもこの種のワンコが苦手やねん、そんなに親愛の情を示されても、いまいち気分が乗らんな～。 I do not like these kinds of doggies very much.I am sorry I am not in the mood while you show me your friendship.
0９.		"父さん、このわんこはポーズをとってんのやろか？　背比べをしてんのやろか？" Is he making a pose for taking fotos? Or is he trying to compare with who is tall?
1０.		どないでっか？桜の下のギャーシムはいかしてる？ Don't you think I could go with the scene under the cherry trees like this?
１１.		下賀茂神社の土手側の枝垂れ桜です、１０日くらい早いかな～。平成１５年４月１１日 It might be 10 days earlier than usual to see full blosomms which is famous as Shimogamo-shrine's overhang cherry trees as above mentioned.
１２.		何してんねん、早く弁当を食べる場所を見つけようよ、 Hi,lets'go and find the nice place for opening lunch box.
１３.		なんだか疲れてきたな～、おなかも空いてきたし、花見ももう飽きたわん。一休みして早よう弁当にしようよ。 I am getting tired now and besides I feel hungry.As I got boring with blossom viewing I want to take a break and have lunch.
１４.		"疲れてはるのかしら？""---、おなかが空いて元気が出んワン" "Is he getting tired?" "--,I am too hungry to walk any more"
１５..		ギャーシムも大好きなローソンの幕の内弁当でんねん、特にトリ肉がうまいの～。散歩の後は弁当にかぎるね、親も安上がりでええわと言うてるし。 These are lunch boxes which mama bought at　a convenience store.I like chicken meat most. I feel very happy to have lunch after a long time walk. Parents are also happy 'cause they do not have to pay so much for lunch at restaurants. 　 ← Click the foto and you can see English ver.
